Yesterday I went to the state fair and ate donuts and a corn dog and sugar coated almonds and other non-healthy options. I loved every minute of it but didn't feel good after. Good reminder to eat healthy going forward. Didn't weigh myself cos didn't need that feedback this morning. Next Monday I'm in!

Well it is Monday and I lost 1 1/2 pounds. Did the update before I did the post. Body Fat is 27.3 need to work on m focus it is not the weight at the moment. Trying to play THE MIND GAME. emoticon

Tomorrow I will weigh myself but really concern about my bodyfat. Challenge Challenge Help. So I will start recording it need to keep my self in check it so easy sometimes for me to let things get out of hand. Accountability my new word.

Not yet. I do have Jillian Michael's book, Making The Cut. It is for getting rid of those last ten "vanity" pounds. I have ten to go before I'm at the vanity part, but figured I could get some ideas from the plan. Of course, I have to read it first. Osmosis isn't working... emoticon

Good job!

I'm staying even. Between 8 and 10 pounds higher than I want, but steady. Need to rethink my plans.

I have been not been logging here each week so that LW isn't happening lol, but i am down 14.3 lbs since i started 9 months ago, In 1 month i lost 5.5 lbs :) so you can see where most of my success has been lol.

Today was 138 (goal is 128). I'm up a pound, but since I was in Seattle the last four days, I'm pretty happy with only a one pound gain. On track to get rid of it soon!

I started Naltrexone on Friday for addiction to treat Binge Eating Disorder. My binges have stopped, but I have not actually started a lifestyle change yet.
