I buy water in 16oz bottles and will put one in the freezer each morning. Then when it has that crunchy little layer of ice I grab one, squeeze the bottle, and enjoy the icy water treat. Better than any soda! I will drink 4 or 5 bottles a day so I get my water easily. My well water doesn't taste as good so I didn't drink much when I got it from the tap.

Water is something we all need. It is suggested that we all drink 8 cups of water daily. Are you up for the challenge?
