1) Drink 8 cups of water a day
2) Get to the gym 3 times a week
3) Read a weight loss success story (can't remember the duration now)

HI!! Welcome to Spark! I am challenging you to choose your fastbreak goals! Make them something that is attainable. If you dont exercise, one could be to do 5 minutes of activity a day. One could be to track your food and exercise. See? They don't have to be hard!! Let us knoiw what you choose if you would like!
