Funny how you can get away from what you think is your routine...
I've just recently started calorie counting again, mainly because my holiday sweet tooth just will not subside! There are lots of great apps for doing this on your phone, I use CalorieCount.com. I've used it for years on my PC, but I got a new phone just before the holidays that's superfast and easy to use and so I put the CalorieCount app to the test. I've got to say after a couple of weeks, I love it!
The last time I tracked calories, I used a small notepad, whcih worked great too. But I got away from it. I'll say this much, I was waaayy off base thinking I knew what I was taking in a daily basis with out tracking. It's showed on the scale and the way my clothes are fitting as well. Just the shot in the arm I needed to keep heading in the right direction!
Don't place your mistakes on your head; their weight may crush you. Instead, place them under your feet and use them as platform to view your horizons.
