Each week on your normal weigh-in day check in here.
It is about as simple as a challenge can be. Starting on Monday, July 16th, we will weigh in. Each week you will come back to your original post and update with your new weigh in #. If you lose, maintain, or feel that you really worked hard enough to stay in the game, you survive another week. If you gain and know that your motivation was lacking, you're out! The last person standing will be our MRD Survivor!!!
