Total for June 14th = 20 (morning) + 1.5 (night) = 21.5 minutes

06-15 = 13-min, night before dinner. 1-min on mini tram, 6-min burpees, 3-min on mini tram, 3-min stretches.
06-15 = 1.5-min, night before sleep. 2 rounds of 15s side plank right, 15s side plank left, 15s modified plank.
Total for June 15th = 13 (night before dinner) + 1.5 (night before sleep) = 14.5 minutes

06-13 = 60-min, afternoon. Pilate class.
06-13 = 53-min, night. 5-min (song #1) on mini tram, 37-min ZWOW #31, 4-min (song #2) on mini tram, 4-min cool down, 3-min stretches.
Total for June 13th = 12 (morning) + 60 (afternoon) + 53 (night) = 125 minutes

I felt unwell on night of 10th and straight into 12th, 13th was my trying to back up again :D

We have the elliptical machine at home but unfortunately, it's not working fine as it used to - can't put battery or there will be continuously beeping, can't adjust the resistance level or the machine will not run, uhuh. But still can use the elliptical machine if I don't have to put the battery or change the resistance level, I just need to increase my intensity of "cycling" :D

I can't afford gym so thankfully at home we have some cardio equipment - the elliptical machine (got it at discount price years ago, parents bought it and I stay with them), my jump rope (the cheapest cardio equipment, hehe), mini tram (just bought it this year).
