05-30 (morning) = 13-min. 11-min on mini tram, 2-min stretches.

05-31 (night) = 22-min. 16-min alternate between jump on mini tram and jump rope. 3-min cool down and 3-min stretches.

My update:
05-25 (morning) = 15-min. 11-min on elliptical, 2-min cool down, 2-min stretches.
05-25 (afternoon) = 120-min. House cleaning.

05-26 (morning) = 17-min. 11-min on elliptical, 2.5-min cool down, 3.5-min stretches.

05-27 (morning) = 16-min. 12-min on mini tram, 2-min cool down, 2-min stretches.

05-28 (morning) = 13-min. 11-min cardio-strength, 2-min stretches.

Last weekend, I did 20 minutes of ab work and on Thursday (I think), I walked for 40 minutes. Forgot to track though, gotta get into that habit again I guess!

Well, onward, it's a new day! I will be doing a cardio ballroom DVD today, I think.

Nice work! Team!!!!!

I wish I could start exercising again. Was supposed to do a DVD today but it's just sooo hot!

I'll make it a point to do a DVD some time this weekend!

No more excuses for me! It's high time I begun my exercise program again!

Week 2, 5th to 11th:
May 5th = 16-min
May 6th = 12-min
May 7th = 30-min
May 8th = 10-min
May 9th = 11-min
May 10th - 11th = rest day.

I got only 1 day more than 20-min, the rest were either more than 10-min or rest days.

May 12th = rest day.

May 13th = 22-min
Night #1 17-min: 12-min of interval (alternate 2-min jump rope and 1-min rotating planks), 2-min cool down, 3-min stretches.

Night #2 5-min: Pilates before sleep.

May 10th - 12th = rest day (two days was planned but the third was pure laziness!)
