Goals for the month of February 2013
- 30 min walking/treadmill daily x 7 = 210 min

Week 1
- Achieved on walking 210 min
- Achieved on treadmill 30 min
- Achieved on Tai Chi 90 min
- Achieved on shoveling snow 220 min

Week 2
- Achieved on walking 210 min
- Achieved on treadmill 90 min

Week 3
- Achieved on walking 180 min
- Achieved on treadmill 60 min
- Achieved on Tai Chi 90 min
- Achieved on shoveling snow 90 min

Week 4
- Achieved on walking 210 min
- Achieved on treadmill 30 min
- Achieved on shoveling snow 30 min

Note: Did not go for Tai Chi and miss 2 days treadmill this week because hubby went for spine surgery on Feb 27.

02-03 = 37-min:
16-min, morning: 10-min ZWOW #05, 2-min Pilate, 4-min stretches.
21-min, night: 15:07 ZWOW #53, 0:53 rest, 1-min jump rope,2-min cool down, 2-min stretches

02-05 = 37-min:
32:20 ZWOW #01, 0:40 rest, 1-min jump rope, 1-min cool down, 2-min stretches

02-06 = 18-min:
15:00 ZWOW #02, 1-min jump rope, 1-min cool down, 1-min stretches

02-08 = 28-min:
17:03 ZWOW #03, 3:57 rest, 1-min jump rope, 3-min cool down, 3-min stretches.

02-09 = 63-min:
39-min, noon: 30:15 ZWOW #04, 0:45 rest, 4-min cool down, 4-min stretches.
24-min, night: 18:18 ZWOW #54, 0:42 rest, 1-min jump rope, 2-min cool down, 2-min stretches.

02-10 = 16-min:
10-min ZWOW #05, 1-min rest, 1-min jump rope, 2-min cool down, 2-min stretches.

Ok, same as usual gang! Try your best to exercise 20 minutes a session for at least 3 days! If you can, great! If you can't, no sweat! Just do what you can! If you can do more, fantastic!

As usual, keep hitting the edit button so that we don't have too many multiple posts!

And don't forget our other challenge, to eat our fruits and veggies!
