Goals for the month of January 2013 - 30 min walking/treadmill daily x 7 = 210 min
Tried a new exercise on Monday, Jan 7, 2013 known as Body Flow. It is a combination of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi. The class was from 10:15am to 11:15am and the instructor is Alisha. More details in my blog. :)
Went for Body Flow again on Wednesday, Jan 9, 2013 from 10:15am to 11:15am and the instructor is Teresa. In this class, we burn 450 calories. I think this class is too intense (aggressive) for me.
Week 1 - Achieved on walking 210 min - Achieved on treadmill 30 min
Week 2 - Achieved on walking 180 min - Achieved on treadmill 90 min - Achieved on Body Flow 120 min
Week 3 - Achieved on walking 210 min - Achieved on treadmill 90 min - Achieved on Tai Chi 90 min (Jan 16) - Achieved on shoveling snow 30 min (Jan 13)
Week 4 - Achieved on walking 210 min - Achieved on treadmill 96 min - Achieved on basic yoga video 14 min (tried this on Jan 21) - Achieved on Tai Chi 90 min (Jan 23) - Achieved on shoveling snow 70 min (Jan 25)
Week 5 - Achieved on walking 180 min - Achieved on treadmill 60 min - Achieved on shoveling snow 70 min (Jan 30 & Feb 2) - Tai Chi was cancelled due to weather

Time's up gang! I suggest we just aim for 20 minutes exercise per day 3 days a week at least (as usual). If you can do more, great, if not, no sweat! Post your progress but keep hitting the edit button so we don't have too many multiple posts!
