- 30 min walking/treadmill daily x 7 = 210 min

Week 1
- Achieved on walking 210 min

Ok, Gang! Same rules! Exercise for at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. If you can do more, it's better, but if you can't, no sweat!

Pls pardon me if I'm not so active, I'm having some severe joint pain! All I can do is take gentle walks. I'm hoping that my upcoming surgery will allow me to exercise like I once did!

Ok, have fun! And don't forget that other challenge here : eat your fruits and veggies!
