I'll try this challenge as "preview" in September :D It's usually hard for me to get at 3 servings per day, the most I can get daily is 1 serving and perhaps a couple days in a week of 2 to 3 servings of freggies.

Just record the number of servings you eat a day!
Sorry that I started this challenge mid-Sept. Just record whatever you can remember if you can backtrack, otherwise, we'll start this challenge again seriously in October.
