Great to hear all is well there & you have power back on. Ya'll took a beating, that's for sure. God sure had his protective hands over ya'll. Hope the pecan tree wasn't a buying item for your neighbors! Nice that Entergy cut the tree up. I've never heard of them doing that.
We did well here in Hammond too. Power was off only for 24hours. Did get tons of rain - total through Thursday was 23.5". I cringe when I see these leftover showers when they come through. LOL.

I'm feeling very blessed to be back home safe and sound, with my power on and no damage to my house. A large pecan tree came down next door and caught on the power lines over the garage. No damage to the garage or the car, and Entergy came to cut down the tree. My neighbor just moved in a week ago -- what a welcome!
