Honestly, I have done a poor job of doing anything positive in 2012 as it relates to my health. emoticon Over the years, I have made great progress but something changed in my motivation. I was on some new medication for a medical flare up and I am putting my blame there.... LOL... there were some side affects and one being depression. I am off it now... so time to get my butt in gear!

I want to feel comfortable enough this summer to be able to go outside n something besides jeans! Last year it was so hot and miserable, I didn't even feel comfortable to be in crop pants. It was a long hot summer last year! This year I want to wear shorts, dresses, crop pants and actually participate in life!
Garage sales sound fun. BTW, I have a piece of furniture for sale ;). It is a shelf/wall unit type thing. I will take a picture and post a link for you. Right now it is being utilized in such a way, that it isn't as beautiful as it could be. I think it has a lot of potential, but it is heavy, and would require a pick up to move it.

My goals for 2013 is to find some new hobbies- non fitness related but still requiring being active. I need to find a bit more balance in my life. I am considering starting to do garage sale shopping (or picking)and refinishing furniture.

What are your 2013 goals - fitness, weight loss or anything else?
