Honestly, I have done a poor job of doing anything positive in 2012 as it relates to my health.
Over the years, I have made great progress but something changed in my motivation. I was on some new medication for a medical flare up and I am putting my blame there.... LOL... there were some side affects and one being depression. I am off it now... so time to get my butt in gear!
