There is a site that converts elliptical activity to calories based on your weight and time. On the right go to CHOOSE AN EXERCISE BELOW and find the elliptical. Type in the rest and it will give you an answer. Hope this helps.

How do I really know how many calories I'm burning on the elliptical. When I enter it into the site I feel like I don't get an accurate amount because of the variables of the different levels. Or do those not matter so much?
