Thanks Laurie for posting the web link. This is some of the information that I was looking at (I think it was an article in Reader's Digest) that freaked me out. I work really hard at drinking my 8 - 10 glasses a day, but 17 glasses seems a little excessive to me!!

Terri, I do that too and it works GREAT. Drinking half my body weight in water is a little intense but I space it out throughout the day, but try to drink whenever I feel hungry to make sure I am not just dehydrated. I have also looked up drinking TOO much water because I wanted to make sure 1/2 the body weight thing wasnt to crazy. chemistry.about.com/cs/5/f/blwaterin to x.htm
I read an article on how much water a person should drink each day for her body type. The formula is your weight divided by 2 = the number of ounces you should drink. I don't know if I can personally drink this much water in a day ... but for the past 3 days I have managed to do my 8 glasses!!

This is a great way to start..... I fall in love with water... then fall out of love.... start feeling crappy.... go back to drinking water........I'm currently in love with water.......so I am feeling great.......... :-) Looking forward to this!
To start this team let's concentrate on drinking 8-8ounces glasses of water. I want everyone to build momentum so drinking your water is a great way to start that. So post either daily or weekly how much water you drank so we can cheer each other on!
