Yesterday I had an orange, an apple, a banana, frozen rapsberries mixed with yogurt, asparagus, lettuce, a tomato and a piece of cucumber. Today I had a banana, an apple, a orange, half a grapefruit, a piece of cucumber, a tomato and I get surprise veggies because I go have dinner at my MIL.
I had grapes instead of an apple, a banana and an orange. Also had a tomato with dinner instead of lunch... no cooked veggies today though... but tomorrow I'll make couscous tajine with zucchini and carrots. I don't dare the protein powder does not sound so healthy to me I try to get my share of proteins out of my food (cheese, eggs, yogurt...).
I want to eat 3-4 fruits and 2 veggies a day... I'll have an orange at breakfast, a tomato and an apple at lunch and cooked veggies for dinner. I'll also have a banana as a snack. And if I still have some calories to use, I'll put some fresh frozen fruit in my yogurt and turn it into a smoothie
Eating fruits and vegetables are low in calories, high in fiber and other nutrients. Post how many fruits and vegetables you want to eat everyday. Then post again either daily or weekly if you are reaching your goal.
