I walked 20 minutes today and met a running group in the park... I'll try yo go run with them every other week (I work on saturdays evenings every other week) emoticon

To start try to get just 10 minutes of exercise. 10 minutes of exercise is a great way to start and then build up from there. So post either daily or weekly the number of minutes you exercised and the activity you chose to do.
