Made brownies for the first time with applesauce instead of oil. They came out great! I'll never use oil again!

I am sure many of you are looking for healthy recipes when we are doing our menu plans as I am. I have found the Spark Recipes to be a helpful resources and find myself using it regularly. Some of these recipes turn out to be favorites and are used repeatedly while others fall by the wayside.
Today a team mate suggested I post the link for a recipe I had tried last night for dinner because she was interested in the recipe but thought others might also benefit. This got me thinking that perhaps we should start a thread where we could share our FAVORITE healthy recipes with one another so we'd have a place for quick reference for some recommended dishes.
So here's our first recipe: Brocolli and Beef Stir Fry
I did not parboil the brocolli because I like it crisp and I double the veggies because I love them. Worked fine.
