Hmmm... good topic! I like to get goofy and sassy while doing my cardio. I like to add some butt shakes and fancy dance to it. Cardio can get boring, but being silly with it makes it go by. Even if you have a friend to workout with, compete back and forth with who can get fancier with their strut or shakes.
Also, as far as eating, I love to put anything in a tortilla! It makes bland foods taste better. i love adding salsa or hot sauce too, just be careful you buy one thats low sodium.
I also get my pizza with light sauce and light cheese when I am feeling like a junk food junkie! It cuts a few hundred calories in just two pieces. Artichokes and spinach are great toppings!
Anything worth doing is worth doing right, NO EXCUSES! If you slip up, don't quit on yourself. Push harder to move forward and learn from it. Bring your A-Game to life everyday and you will succed!
