It is not a biggy but it is one of my favorites that help cut that eating too much.
I love fresh cucumbers speared and low cal homemade ranch dressing. It tastes so good to me right now I feel like I am eating something indulgent when I am not. I do not overdo the dressing, I just like a little flavor and that is plenty for me. But it is almost like eating a cheat to me it tastes so good.

I love Kashi go lean with greek yogurt for breakfast. Can add in some water and fruit for a smoothie. Lots of Protein and fiber.
V8 is a cheat for veggies but easy.
Hummus with baby carrots is a good lunch.

I have 2 old VHS tapes I love -Gin Miller New Body, New You. And Charlene Prickett High Intensity/low impact. And I go back to The Firm DVDs over and over. We got a Swim Spa- Front Crawl is a real calorie burner.

2-3 ice cubes

Spark Coach was talking about breakfast today. I love yogurt and cheerios with berries. The cup of yogurt is better than milk, I get a serving of grains and fruit mixed in. Simple, quick and tasty.

Fiber & chocolate you can have it both ways
I sleeve of All Bran
1 bag of chocolate chips
Melt chips in a microwave bowl then stir in Bran. Mix well & drop by tablespoonfuls on wax paper let sit for an hour then place in plastic ware & seal.
You have your fiber for the day & a taste of chocolate with out going overboard on the chocolate
Enjoy!!!

I love pita pizzas. I take 3 pita halves and split them down the center so you have 3 round pizza crusts. I take half a 6 oz can of tomato paste and add garlic and italian seasoning. Then spread it on to make the sauce. I add lots of chopped bell peppers of all colors, onions, and mushrooms then sprinkle with half a Tbsp of reduced fat parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Wonderful!!! And you can have all 3 for less than 400 calories!

Hmmm... good topic! I like to get goofy and sassy while doing my cardio. I like to add some butt shakes and fancy dance to it. Cardio can get boring, but being silly with it makes it go by. Even if you have a friend to workout with, compete back and forth with who can get fancier with their strut or shakes.

Also, as far as eating, I love to put anything in a tortilla! It makes bland foods taste better. i love adding salsa or hot sauce too, just be careful you buy one thats low sodium.

I also get my pizza with light sauce and light cheese when I am feeling like a junk food junkie! It cuts a few hundred calories in just two pieces. Artichokes and spinach are great toppings!
