It is almost midnight, so I figure that's close enough to the AM for me! My goal is to complete the challenge - find a new cardio activity today and do it! :) I'm stuck in a cardio rut!

I'm posting for Thanksgiving day, as it's 11:15pm tonight. Tomorrow is a ST day, so I plan to walk for 1 mile (Nathan and I are meeting up in the morning with hubby to go see the Thanksgiving parade!) and maybe hit the skating rink afterwards, before we head to the inlaws for Thanksgiving dinner.

emoticon I'm gonna be hurting tomorrow! I did my 100 squats & had to go see my boss three times today so I took the stairs all three times 8 flights down & back up each time. Then when I went to the gym tonight, the instructor wanted to do . . . can you guess?

SQUATS!!! Arrggghh!!! Lots & lots of squats!! emoticon That's ok. Builds character, right?

My goal today is to walk for 30 minutes at lunch. I walked 20 or 25 every day this week so far because I had been sick. Back up to 30 today!!

I only did 10 minutes on the bag. I did get a dog run in. That heavy bag is exhausting.

Today's goal - I've got a long one today so I need my lunch walk, Squats in the bathroom, and a walk with the girls before bed.

I am off track as of the last couple of weeks and so off track as of this past weekend while away so I'm participating. I've got to get things in order again.
No goals for today since it's too late.

This is late for me too but I have been working some on my goal aready. I am trying to make 6 sets of 5 exercises for 5 minutes each time. I am three down three more to go.
I did not make six I made 5 though.
