Wow Tricia! You're really on the ball getting this thread going right in time for this brand new month.
My goal for this month is to exercise every single day for at least 20 minutes.
My goal for eating is to stay with my wonderful McDougall way of eating no matter what. I have several social events this month (lucky me) and I'm trying to figure out how to deal with temptation and goody pushers.
I guess I should just say "doctors orders" or something. Any suggestions? I figure if I tell people I don't eat sugar etc. I won't eat that stuff . . . . Hopefully.
