My motto this month is no excuses and absolutely no setbacks. I'm striving to accomplish what I'm set out to do! And what is that exactly????
1. I'm getting in deep breathing every day
2. I will make my 2000 fitness minute goal
3. I will check in with my Spark buddies daily
4. I will lose 5-10 pounds this month
5. I will not fail!!!!!!!
I lost 8 pounds last month and I got a lot more to go. Hope more of our team joins us, but it is ok if they don't. They don't know what they are missing!
