The weather is changing. Fall is a great time to get in shape. It's not too hot and it's not too cold.

Let's give each other support for our efforts.

In September post your fitness minutes and the exercises you've done here on our Team Discussion page.

On September 1st, I'll start a September Fitness topic in the general discussion forum. Write it all down: swimming, walking, whatever and of course: Track your breathing exercise moments every single day.

Together we'll each our goals.
