Hey there teammates! July 1st rings in a new month and summer is in full swing! I know everyone here has their favorite breathing technique, but we all have favorite activites that we do outside or inside.
This month let's see how many fitness minutes we can get in a week. Below is a template that can be used to track your weekly minutes. Just edit your originial post at the end of every week. The great thing about Spark is that it tracks the fitness minutes that you put in during the week, just refer to it or keep it up with it on your own. Let's watch those fitness minutes add up!!!!!!!!!!
