I try to eat mostly fresh meat, fresh veggies, eggs, fresh fruit on phase 2, seeds, nuts, beans, low fat dairy, healthy fats. I keep it simple.

I am new to the South Beach diet, and need help in getting started as I want to eat as natural a food as possible, foods that, cleanse, nourish, repairs the body. I have used the you are what you eat diet a few years ago and have to say I felt better than I ever felt before as the foods were organic and I felt healthy, would love that feeling again and the added bonus of having you guys to encourage, lend strength and support. I now need to begin again and not sure where to start, do you have a starter menu I could follow. I live in Dubai and some of the foods you mention may not be available here or are called by different names - any advice and help is much appreciated.
