Thanks! I printed out a chart to keep handy. Will also try to find and record the weights of sizes of foods, like the "medium green pepper" I posted. It sure helps re-create a recipe properly, although with many ingredients such precision isn't necessary.

Thanks, Kierae! It would be a LOT easier if weights were used all the time. I had a recipe calling for 2 medium green peppers. I did look it up online and found that a medium green pepper is about 120 grams. Now to develop a list of size/weight equivalents. Or do you know of one already made?

Sounds like a great breakfast alternative! BTW, I never can figure out if the spinach is loose or packed when measured. How do you measure yours? I find measuring by weight is easier for me.

I have been drinking one of these a day for the past week and they taste like a treat!

1 c skim milk
1/2-1 c ff plain yogurt
1 tbs peanut butter
1 tbs unsweetened cocoa
2 splenda packets
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 cups spinach (baby or regular)
ice

Blend it all up! You can't even taste the spinach, it's like a wonderful peanut butter chocolate shake. You can do less milk if you want to. It's helping me get an additional few cups of spinach a day!
