I have the SB "Parties & Holidays" cookbook. There are a couple of Phase 1 recipes that sound nice.
One is on page 21, it's a Cocoa Nut Mousse and on page 67 is a Ricotta Cheesecake with Lemon Drizzle and pine nuts..
