you love yoga to.. what type do you do????? i pulled a muscle two days ago and so i have eased up some may try it again next week...thanks for posting your goals

i will do 300 minutes of yoga in may
i will do 360 minutes of strength exercises
i will do 720 minutes of cardio

may 7th
may 14th
may 21st
may 28th

lets work together to exercise this month
i will do 240 minutes of yoga in may
i will do 3 hours of strength exercises
i will do 180 minutes of cardio burning 1620 calories

may 7th
may 14th
may 21st
may 28th

lets all set some goals and see who keeps them.. whoever signs on will get a team goodie
