Hello everyone! Our group can be a unique place for those working on achieving both dissertation and health goals to find support and encouragement. However, this is a two-way street. Getting support requires giving it as well. Therefore, our July group challenge will be to post at least one time each week on our team message boards (a post in any of the forums counts toward this challenge).
