The thing that is getting in my way the most is my lack of consistently getting a good night of sleep. When my head is fuzzy due to being too tired, the level of focus required to read and synthesize scholarly journal articles makes it impossible to finish my literature review.
Plan to Deal with Obstacle in June
I am going to commit to getting to bed on time for at least 3 days a week in June. I will begin the process of getting ready for bed at 10:30 and then aim for bedtime at 11:00 pm. This may sound like a simple task, but I have been struggling with it for years and have never been able to sustain it for more than a week or two, so this will be very difficult for me, but hopefully make a big difference.
