Day 3 of #backontrack

What are your goals for today? What have you already accomplished this month that made you feel good about yourself? Everything counts as your work toward a better,more fit, lifestyle. Remember, smaller daily changes are easier to stick with than major ones and are more likely to become habits over a few weeks. Swap out one food item for a healthier choice instead of trying to quit 10 things at once. Go from whole to 2% for a month, buy the 2% cheese, go skim if you're 2%. My little change was buying one Chobani plain yogurt. I've been eating the Sohha homemade expensive brand with only milk, sea salt and cultures in it, hand strained at home and brought to market every week. The vanilla chobani has a few other ingredients including thickener. I bought the plain and the only ingredients are the milk and cultures too and 7g of sugar which is the natural milk sugar. I'm trying that, that could be a big swap for me since it's much cheaper and has 0fat. When I mixed the Sohha with honey I thought I would die from deliciousness.

I'm 5'8" and determined to make a change now. Ten minutes of fitness daily. Too many times I've fallen off the wagon, time to make long lasting positive habits stick. Can I do it?!

Here are everyone Day 1 of August #backontrack

I did okay with eating.

Did a 9 minute video with Coach Nicole.
Drank my water.

I'm 5'8" and determined to make a change now. Ten minutes of fitness daily. Too many times I've fallen off the wagon, time to make long lasting positive habits stick. Can I do it?!
