I do get a wee bit extra in if I get to the gym. It's a halfway decent walk round trip and I'm not slow when I walk it. I need to start adding to my total in double digits now.

Been slacking! Just barely over 40 miles right now. Need to kick start something again for myself. I'm looking thinner I know it, I can tell. I can do more! The bike has to come out this weekend with the good weather forecast. Three days of riding potential.

The sky says beautiful day, the temperature says freezing cold. I'm just over 13 miles and I can feel the good weather coming closer, struggling to get here every day. Soon it will have no choice but to warm up, it's coming!

Hiking weather is coming back and daylight savings time gives me more daylight after work for bike rides. I can't wait for that first good day and I'll be on my bike faster that you can say "Ooooh ahhhhhh 60 degrees"

Last year I got over half way.

This year I will meet this goal.

Over a foot of snow on the ground. If I'm going to add any miles in the near future then I'm going to have to get on a tread mill. I can hear my lonely bike calling to me now that she's fixed and ready to go!

Easier goal to reach this year I think. I decided 2013 was going to be mine and I had a great January and am ready for a beautiful February.

Bitter cold recently so I'm low on miles so far. My bike is repaired and ready for the 2013 season. First nice weekend day and I'm on the trails.


2013 TOTAL:8.55 Miles
