Not working out, but not pigging out either. My knee has kept me from taking the stairs for the past week, don't know what's up with that but it's annoying. Stuck at 165, need to get to 163 for next weekend. Going back to work should make that easier, gym should be open again too.
Well I lost 2.5lbs that last run. It's weight gone isn't it? Stop giggling at me. Okay I've set up my signature for another 10 week run, technically it's 9 weeks, since I want to get to my goal by my Arizona vacation so I can finally take some photos of myself again and not delete most of them.
Three more weeks and I've got some catching up to do here. Breaking through another bump in the road. Jumping into the next 5 pound chunk of true weight loss. The closer you get to your goal weight, the focused you have to be in your plan.
