In bowling it is important to have a deep knee bend with our sliding leg to keep our ball on target and to help with our hooks.

One way to develop strong legs at home if there is no access to a gym is to do knee bends, holding onto a chair back if needed for balance. Do both legs then one leg at a time, especially the sliding leg.

Another way is to do lunges. SP has videos showing various ways to do these.

Stay leg strong for a strong bowling game. -- Lou
