Really did pretty good yesterday and so back to the same. What I started last August was to make being Vegan and going on Sweetie Walks as much a part of my day as showering and brushing my teeth. I did that but then felt I wasn't doing enough (after reading so many really intense people) I thought I had to do more and more and now I am going to set to stop that.
This has to be so much a part of my life as to not be special. When I did that I lost 25 pounds from August to October but since trying to do more intense stuff I have only lost 5 pounds and gained 5 and lost 5 over and over. So, my final posting of a challenge here is going to be - being vegan and going for walks every day with my DH are just part of who I am.
Just for today I will......... 1. Complete 2 d.i.y. jobs. 2. Get in a walk. 3. Pick up all the ingredients for tomorrow's dinner.
