I went on vacation in mid-March and have been trying to get back in to my routine ever since. I finally started on Monday by running/walking 2.25 miles on the treadmill and on Tuesday I did some body weight exercises (lunges/pushups/squats). Wednesday I was in so much pain I almost couldn't walk! Ooops. I think I did too much too fast.
So it is Friday now and I was able to do a little yoga this morning. Thankfully I feel much better!
Here are my plans from here on out:
1. Drink more water! I have been pretty good but need to do better. Especially on the weekends when I am home. At work I always need to take a break from my desk so I go get water, but at home I get busy and forget the water.
2. Continue to exercise, but pace myself a little better. I can't stand waiting to recover to get back to it!
3. Do more yoga. I am a beginner but I think I am liking it. We'll see!
