Thanks for the info! My MD says I have metabolic syndrome (pre-diabetes) so that is why I am trying to focus on more vegetables & green smoothies!!

We have health programs where we can get our cholersterol, BP and blood sugar checked.
my numbers are good or at optimal health values. i do overeat which makes my triglicerides high but other wise base on my numbers i am not in danger of diabetes.
