Thanks for the encouragement. I am pretty much staying with it except when I when I don't have too many choices and then I make the best one available. I have lost 8 ponds so far, water weight probably, but it is a start. I really feel determined this time. I don't have a lot of time to stay on line a get to all the different things available on this website, but it is a great tool! Have a great week!

Keep your focus on your goals and when those BIG stress issues hit you~~remind yourself that overeating will only make things worse. It will add guilt!! Congratulations on having a great first week!! Before you know it you will have your first month behind you and be thinner and feeling much better.
Well tomorrow will be one week since I joined sparkspeople and stuck with it! It has been a pretty good week! I managed to stay on program, not overeat and keep a positive attitude. I am usually a positive-type person but have been feeling stressed lately because close family members have been having heath etc problems and I guess it bothers me more than I ever realized. Thank goodness I didn't stress eat, which would have been the normal activity I would have did. Please keep sending encouraging messages! Thank you for all that did this week!
