Starting today, join me in creating a new habit. It can be anything. I've created 2 new habits already: no more nibbling on my dog's cute ears. He hates it. Habit broken. Dog Happy.
Started reading 1 Scripture a day, 1 small devos, and prayer. Habit going strong! Yeah!
New Goal - 1,760 calories a day what a 160 pound woman needs to maintain her weight. What's yours?
