Day 2: yesterday went well, I satisfied the sugar withdrawal effect with some watermelon. drank lots of water to offset the "road trip " I had just returned from. All in All was a good day, sneaked in a walk with the dogs. emoticon

Day 1 was great, Day 2 was not so great in the evening. I have to start over already. How sad is that?

Keep in mind, you can pick this 21 days to work on whatever you want to and post your results to keep track of your progress.

Starting today, join me in creating a new habit. It can be anything. I've created 2 new habits already: no more nibbling on my dog's cute ears. He hates it. Habit broken. Dog Happy.
Started reading 1 Scripture a day, 1 small devos, and prayer. Habit going strong! Yeah!
New Goal - 1,760 calories a day what a 160 pound woman needs to maintain her weight. What's yours?
