5 Minutes of swimming..
This means swinging arms, lifting arms, any kind of arms with weight, even wall push-ups (good for the pecs)
5 Minutes of Cycling
This means abs, legs..floor stuff, leg lifts
5 Minutes of running
This can be walking in place, dancing, jogging, kicking..

YOU also can do the swimming and the running while sitting down.
The floor exercises can be done on the bed.
Use your imagination...just as long as it is 15 minutes total.
