Good for you gals....I need to get my measurements again...I haven't done any since June....so it's overdue. I just downloaded all the measurements onto a Notepad file....so it will be easier to check it out, since I know where I put them.

It's foolish to ask God to direct your steps, if you aren't willing to move your feet.
Need to do a more thorough set of measurements, but when I noticed how much looser my jeans were today and how much I had to tighten my belt, I measured just my waist and hips and have lost another inch in each.
Lets not forget that sometimes the scales don't move, but the inches do. Track your inch loss here and see how many dress sizes the team loses by New Years Eve.
Add your inches together (bust, waist,hips or anything else you measure ) and post the total lost. Add your total to the post before, so we can keep track of all inches lost (or subtract if there is a gain)
