On the view sparkpoints page there is a spot for points from your nutrition tracker. It's the first one. The max you can get each day from that one is 5. The next two points on the list are your fitness ones. Track what exercise you do for the day, then go to sparkpoints and look at the second and third spots. Write down those two numbers and that's your fitness points for the day. Keep track of those points and add them all up for the weekly total.
