Rules, on May 1 we will post our weight from the last weigh in we did. That will be our starting weight. Every week we will weigh in on Friday. If you have a different weigh in day, just put the weight from your last weigh in on Friday.
Each week we will see which team lost the most weight! Also, I would like to add inches lost to the weigh in because if you're like me I lost 17 pounds but 30 in.
Team leaders will post a thread under the challenge section for their team to post as often as they can to tell what they are doing for the challenge.
Now for the challenge itself, I feel we should put our totals for our eating points and our fitness points from here to our weigh in also to see how we are all doing!
That is about it for now if anyone has anything they would like to have added please let me know or your teams leaders know so this challenge will be one for all of us to do!
Now for the rules Tomorrow the challenge start and will run for the whole month of May!
l. Leaders are to copy your team and start a post under the challenge area for your team.
2. Start each week with a weigh in on Friday:
Weight, fitness, nutrition, inches lost
For tomorrow just put in the weight and as of next Friday we will add the other items. Each week weight loss will be up to the person to figure out and post weight loss or gained,
Darlene Starting weight is 250 next weigh- in 245 under weight I will post 245/-5. If the weight is 251 I would post under weight 251/+1.
It is up to each team member if they want to post the other items. But for those of you that do just use the tracker for the fitness and the nutrition.
For the inches lost measure your arms, chest, waist, hip, thigh and calf of your legs. I do both legs and both arms in my measurements. Do this each week and just post the amount of inches you have lost. Remember you may gain inches in one area and lose in another so just post the amount you have lost. Also remember you may have a gain of inches due to the water in your system.
Team leaders each MONDAY you will post on the challenge thread for the team the results for your team. I would list the top three people from each team and put their numbers in.
We will count three items: Weight, tracker points and inches lost. So this way everyone can have a chance to be a winner for that week.
Then we will compare the totals of each team and come up with the top three for all of the teams for each week. The end of May we will post the biggest loser for that month.
That is all that is required of us. My hope is that every one on the team will post on the team post and help everyone on the team to do the best they can.
You are also able to post on the other teams thread and challenge them in any way you would like. Lets keep it nice and not be mean to anyone on any team. We are all here for the same reason.
