Just joined this team. Looking for people motivated in participation in challenges. Meeting up for walks or other beach events. I noticed this group is kind of inactive and really hoping to change that.

Looking for someone motivated to help me stay that way. Have started walking with a couple of partners but they pooped out. Looking at a VB rec membership but don't want to go alone all the time. Open to suggestions and love outdoor activities when weather allows.

I am looking for someone who would like to meet in the eveings at the Virginia Beach Rec Center at Williams Farm (now that its finally open) I would also be willing to meet at Bayside or even Kempsville, but Williams Farm is closest to my home.
My fitness level on a scale of 1 to 10 is probably a -3... but I would love to work on it.!

I'm up on Independence outside Little Creek... and I'm a cyclist.
I ride every Tuesday and Thursday after work - starting at 630p from the Rite Aid at the corner of Independence and Pleasure House. I will continue riding throughout the winter - so dress warmly, bring a helmet and some lights, and ride with me. I generally go anywhere from 12-20 miles, I'll ride just about any pace - you will NOT be left behind.

I think I am going to lift weights on the base because I dont have a gym membership. I guess I am looking for someone to walk or jog with or run sprints. Im also looking for anyone that plays pickup sports of any kind. It would be nice to find someone that is up on nutrition too.
