Hello All of SP Class of April 22-28 2012's
Its hard to believe it is already March.
*For the Challenge this month I would like for everyone to share what you do for your exercise. Share your routine with all of us.
*Then once we get started I would like to challenge you to try someone else routine or exercise for a few days or even a week and then try the next persons routine or exercise and so on.
*Each time you do somebody's exercise or routine tell all of us who's you are doing. You can also share how it worked for you.
Doing this we can change up our own routine and maybe jump start something new. Maybe we can motivate each other to keep pushing forward!
This would be a great way to get a variety to our workouts and we might even see (better) results and won't feel as bored.
Lets see if we can get this team motivated. Come on everyone the more we can get doing this the more variety we can have. Let's do this!!
