Well I tried 3G1RLS4ME fitness routine over the past week I did the 12 min abs 4x and stairs 3 days in between the rain and the cold. The only stairs I have are outside off my back porch. There are 12 steps and did it for 10 minutes the first day then 15 minutes the other 2 days. I could really feel it running up and down. Never thought to use the stairs outside. No spin classes for me so I added some wii zumba and walking on the other days.

So have any of you tried doing another team members fitness routine? Let us know how its going! Changing up your fitness you can really feel a difference in different areas of your body. I normally walk a lot but could definitely feel the stairs.

Have a great weekend everyone! Keep moving!!

I really stepped it up and added to exercise videos to my runs/walks. So right now, I am doing the 5-minute Upper Body Workout with Band and the 5-minute Lower Body workout with Band twice a day and I also did those two beginner/basic pilates videos twice a day from friday until yesterday. Then somehow it hit me last night and I gave Level 1 of Jillian Michael's '30-Day Shred' a chance (totally kicking my butt), but I need to modify a couple exercises there. Not sure if I will be able to do it for like 30 days, though.I would love to master it without modifications. I guess I will see.

I'm currently go to school, so I have limited day time to exercise. I do 20 minutes of cardio on the treadmill or the bike and then I try some weight lifting. I have a 50 minute class every Tues. and Thurs. from 10am to 10:50 am. Hey I'm excited just to be moving.

Try to do 45-60 minutes on treadmill or elliptical 4x a week. 30 minutes of strength training 4x a week, and get outside for a walk each day.

Currently I walk 2-3 miles 3x a week, and 3-5 miles on my recumbent bike 3x a week. Also try to squeeze in some strength training using hand weights and bench machine 2x a week.

Hello All of SP Class of April 22-28 2012's

Its hard to believe it is already March.
*For the Challenge this month I would like for everyone to share what you do for your exercise. Share your routine with all of us.
*Then once we get started I would like to challenge you to try someone else routine or exercise for a few days or even a week and then try the next persons routine or exercise and so on.
*Each time you do somebody's exercise or routine tell all of us who's you are doing. You can also share how it worked for you.

Doing this we can change up our own routine and maybe jump start something new. Maybe we can motivate each other to keep pushing forward!
This would be a great way to get a variety to our workouts and we might even see (better) results and won't feel as bored.

Lets see if we can get this team motivated. Come on everyone the more we can get doing this the more variety we can have. Let's do this!!
