Given that it's the start of a new year, I have a suggestion, and would welcome others:


Winter fitness challenge - finding ways to stay active all winter and posting about that (could mean giving tips on the best indoor exercise or Ideas to keep you moving through the cold months such as dancing, Wii fitness games, workout DVD's etc.)

Now is the time- this is the place- track your progress here, try to keep up with each other...How Motivating is that???? Give yourself the following for each day of January...for minutes completed...

15 fitness minutes- emoticon

30 fitness minutes- emoticon

60+ fitness minutes- emoticon


What does everyone think? Other ideas?

Let's Rock the new Year! emoticon


And a BIG CONGRATS to our December participants! Keep up the greats work!
