As for me: Did each circuit 2x's
12 moves of Christmas
12 reps ~ tinsel twists / bicycle crunches
11 reps ~ snow plows / push ups ( this one I modified to do 11 counter push-ups)
10 reps ~ jolly jacks / crossing jumping jacks
9 reps ~ chimney climbers / mountain climbers
8 reps ~ tree trimmers / lunges
7 reps ~ snow angels / plank jacks
6 reps ~ flying sleighs / superman (these are torcher to my ribs, may have to modify)
5 reps ~ jingle bell jumps / Burpees
4 minutes ~ reindeer run / run in place (alternated high knee and running)
3 minutes ~ nutcracker / plyo lunge
2 minutes ~ ice skaters / skaters (modified with no jumping but a wide criss-cross motion)
1 minute ~ side plank / 30 sec. each side
