Fitness minute challenge options:
b) at least 1000 monthly fitness minutes
11/10 - 421 fitness minutes so far and 17.6 miles
11/17 - 788 minutes total and 17 miles for this week
11/24 - 10.1 miles for the week
11/30 - 14 miles for the week
Total for the month - 58.7 miles and 1056 minutes
e) track my nutrition EVERY day for the month
I Have tracked every day, some not so good days!
Stress/Mental health challenge:
h) find 10 minutes of "me time" daily
Getting in my "me time" and then some
l) this month I will aim to lose 5 lbs
Current weight as of this morning
11/1 - 188lbs
11/13 - 184lbs.
11/20 - 185 lbs. To many outings since last Thursday!
11/30 - 184 lbs
only down 4 lbs total for the month. kept yo-yo-ing back and forth this month to much eating not enough exercise. but I will take it. Holidays are tough!
n) ST 3 days a week
From 11/1-11/10- did ST's 5 times
11/11-11/17 only got in 2 ST days
11/18 - 11/24 2 ST days
11/25-11/30 2 ST days
I didnt stay focused on these goals this month.
Next month will be better!
