Mmmm I love horseradish.. Especially on my steaks. Love the kick it has. The Butternut Squash Mac & Cheese sounds amazing. I may have to try it. I saw Lora where posted on one of the boards about one that you make that is out of this world. Is this recipe similar to yours Lora? I just tried for the first time today Roasted Butternut Squash and I am in heaven.

Horseraddish can be spicy, but my whole family loves it. Rutabaga is a good way to 'upgrade' mashed potatoes or to just get another taste. We cook it with the potatoes and mash it. I might make it later
