You're using the Nutrition and Fitness tracker on a regular basis and you have a good plan of action that's working. You will want to choose this challenge for September if this best suits your current progress.
1. Continue using the Nutrition and Fitness trackers. 2. Stay consistent with your exercise program. 3. Try to bump up your fitness minutes to 600. If you have any health issues, please see your doctor for approval to determine which exercises you can and can't do.
