Something a little different. We are going to combine TWO previous challenges into one this week.

Weekday Challenge - Sleep & Exercise
Starting Sunday Night (8/12) - Thursday Night (8/16)
Everyday get 6-8 hours of sleep AND at least 30 minutes of exercise (remember 1 rest day is recommended)

This weekend we are expanding on this....
